Datarati goes live with Interaction Studio
Interaction Studio is the latest and greatest tool from Salesforce to help your company drive a relevant and personalised experience for your customers.
Thanks to our Implementation Guru, Cameron Robert, you can see Interaction Studio in practice with our quick introduction to simple web personalisation & lead nurturing integrated with your Sales and Marketing Cloud.
This is a demonstration of simple personalisation that Datarati uses, to highlight how quick, easy, and powerful Interaction Studio can be for your business!
Watch the demonstration to see Cameron walkthrough:
- The process for location-based web personalisation
- How to create an Audience in Interaction Studio
- How to join your personalised templates with your audience segments
- How to connect Sales and Marketing Cloud
- How to leverage the integration of Interaction Studio, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver personalised, real-time messages tailored to be relevant to each customer
A common problem with using Dynamic Content & Personalisation is the inability to track specifically what was sent to a customer.
Introducing “STASH”, an innovation from Datarati providing an advanced Email & SMS Archiving solution. STASH captures an exact, real-time snapshot of Email & SMS messages sent to customers and stores it against the customer record in a CRM or Marketing Automation Platform.
Bolster your Customer Service, reduce Escalations, and Enable them to interact with customers based on the content sent!

Is your Salesforce Marketing Cloud contract renewal coming up?
Instead of paying Salesforce annually in advance, you can now defer the renewal costs by up to 12 months and then start to pay monthly using SaasPay.
SaasPay is a flexible payment solution designed specifically to help Salesforce customers in Australia and New Zealand pay monthly for their software and services.
Updates from the GM
This year, the Datarati team have been engaged for various support requests, from assisting those new to the platform, filling in where there is a lack of internal resources & capacity, providing customised training & shadowing, to helping our customers maximise their Salesforce investments.
We’ve also enabled our customers to better understand what messages have been sent to each of their customers, and to leverage channels beyond SMS & Email, such as Paid Media and Direct Mail (including the creation of assets like Brochures, Letters, and Statements in Salesforce).
With proven solutions for these common requests, the Datarati team is geared up to help you! Simply get in touch and we can take you through how we can solve these together.
Updates from CX & Delivery
Quarterly Business Reviews
As Q1 has come to a close, QBRs will be conducted in the upcoming weeks. QBRs help foster the relationship between Datarati and our customer, and allows us to show the ROI of the products and services we offer.
I will be sending out our quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey to the key contacts for all the projects we supported from January to March 2021.
Your feedback is extremely valuable as it helps us continually improve and consistently provide the best possible experiences to our customers.
If you receive the survey, please take a moment to complete it. If you haven’t received it, please feel free to reach out to me with any feedback you may have.
Customer Distribution Lists
I wanted to outline a communication process we are ensuring is implemented for all our customers – Distribution Lists (DL). For each customer, our team will add your project team DL to all related customer communications. This helps ensure transparency, security & efficiency.
We politely ask our customers to also CC the relevant Distribution List on all email communications moving forward. As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Updates from Technology
Salesforce Health Check
Our team has also been supporting an increasing number of instance health checks for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud! We’re finding these health checks to be invaluable to maximising your investments in Salesforce, often resulting in the realignment of priorities!
Contact Deletion Requests
Finally, we’re also experiencing an increase in the number of Contact Deletion support requests. Our team is experienced in these types of projects to help you move towards a source of truth while reducing your contact usage in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A good starting point is to review our guide on the topic on our Implementation Guru Channel.
