I’m excited to introduce four new Datarati team members to our family. All four of them bring a great depth of skill to the team and I’m excited to introduce them to you below.
Annie Lu, Digital Transformation Manager at Datarati has over 11 years of experience in the marketing automation industry. In 2006, Annie started as a web developer and campaign specialist for an Australian digital marketing company, which now has become the major part of Oracle Marketing Cloud business. After 5 years working with clients like Qantas, Vodafone, Flybuys, AAMI, Medibank and News Limited, Annie proceeded to work in one of the top cross-channels marketing US companies ExactTarget (now Salesforce Marketing Cloud) as a Technical Consultant in 2011.
For over 3 years, Annie continued to expand her knowledge and skills across the range of Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite. Being a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients, Annie took on the Project Manager role in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for another 2 years. Annie now joins Datarati to work with recognised experts in the customer experience and marketing automation field and be a core part of Datarati’s growth strategy in Australia.
In her spare time, Annie loves travelling and eating out, she also runs a local jewellery store. Annie sponsors two children in developing countries for many years and is humbled by the opportunity to contribute some hope and financial support to their lives. Additionally, Annie has achieved a qualification in Counselling.
As a netballer, food blogger, bookworm, quiet achiever and marketing automation professional with over 5 years’ experience, Casey joins the Datarati team and brings with her a blend of in-depth technical knowledge and consulting experience. Casey began her career in marketing at a small IT company which showed her the enormous benefits technology can bring to an organisation, and where she was exposed to all facets of digital marketing.
In 2014 Casey joined the Digital team at Deloitte, which propelled her skills and passion for increasing customer engagement through marketing automation. Casey’s experience spans lead generation, customer engagement and lead scoring, personalisation, reporting and complex campaign management and advising on marketing automation best practice.
Casey now joins Datarati to drive marketing excellence for a broad portfolio of clients.
On the weekend, you’ll generally find Casey checking out a new restaurant with friend or exploring Sydney’s hiking tracks and beaches.
One word to describe Kora is multifaceted. She is a passionate pianist, a competitive badminton player and speaks four languages.
With over 3 years experience in digital, she advises, consults and implements marketing strategies and campaigns with the aim to connect a greater audience base for clients such as Brilliance Auto, Haier and Kumho Tyers. Exploring the marketing automation space, she has great technical skillset with several platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and Wechat across China and Australia in a variety of industries such as financial services, insurance, retail and education.
Two highlights of her work are the implementation of 2-way SMS for a superannuation firm and the execution of welcome and nurture strategy for a human resource expert. Kora also has deep expertise in lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, as well as high level of capability with email template and landing page design and execution for clients such as Investorist, Edible Blooms and AIA.
Joining Datarati as a Technical Account Manager, Kora is excited to strengthen the relationship between Datarati and clients, as well as clients with their end customers, which enables her and the team to deliver the best customer journeys and experiences.
Alan designs, codes, and produces digital solutions and journeys. He began his digital career since university as a freelance web developer. Now, with his technical skillsets, he can easily build an e-commerce portal within Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. His work has spanned across various partners and clients such as Uber, Westpac, Seek, Myer, Channel 9, and QBE.
Alan joins Datarati from Optus, where as a Digital Innovation Producer he aimed to onboard and retain customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. His deep technical knowledge with the platform allowed him to create programs that generated 30% of Prepaid SIM sales by smoothly delivering the Airbnb partnership campaign, and achieved a 30% conversion rate with Coles campaign. Before Optus, he was at Link Group, a fintech company, delivering transactional campaigns for public companies like Telstra, Qantas, and ASX.
Alan understands what customer needs, and knows how to translate them into Salesforce platforms for the best user experiences. He speaks internet culture, follows technology news, plays video games, and listens to Rock music.
